Drilling operation

Land-based drilling will be carried out by a brazilian company highly experienced in mineral exploration drilling in the Amazon region and elsewhere. The selected drill sites are all near large navigable rivers or roads that are easily accessible from these rivers. Three teams of drillers and a team of at least 4 scientists will be present during the entire drilling operation, we will also employ an operations manager (e.g., “company man”). Each drill hole will take about two to three months to complete. Drill cores will be shipped separately from each site to the state-of-the-art LacCore core repository at University of Minnesota.
